Shelby County R-IV School Board to Shut Down Classes After Thursday

Shelby County R-IV Superintendent Tim Maddex got the board’s blessing to let out school at the end of the day Thursday and the district will be off from Friday until April 1, because of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

This decision comes after a meeting with a lot of valuable input from Shelby County Health Department Director Audrey Gough, and input from administrators and board members.

Check out Wednesday’s edition of the Shelbina Weekly for full details from the meeting.
